Much like the extraordinary yields promised by suspect financial instruments created a worldwide economic collapse, the mindless pursuit for increased crop yields at some point will devastate our agricultural foundation. When the time comes to pay the price for the destruction of our food supply, as it becomes patently unsafe to eat, what would those now proud scientists tell their children’s grandchildren when they are born with neurological and immune system deficiencies and disorders?
